Overview
This conference is for nurse leaders in a wide variety of roles. Presenters will provide valuable information regarding national nursing workforce trends, workforce challenges, and what nurse leaders need to do differently to effectively lead in this new world of work. Attendees will interactively examine how to become a more effective communicator, restore trust, promote professional accountability, encourage engagement, and build high-performing teams. Nurse leaders will leave the conference with actionable strategies and tools that they can immediately use to be more effective.
Who should attend?
Nurse leaders across the state, including senior nurse leaders, nurse leaders in academia, and current nurse managers and directors on the front-line of patient care are invited to attend.
Service Project
OONE has chosen to support the Alliance for Period Supplies as a service project. As part of attending the summer conference, please consider donating to a period supply drive with product or money to support those facing period poverty. Bring your donation to the conference on Aug. 23. All donations will be taken to the Period OKC Foundation. To learn more about period poverty click here. Products to donate include tampons, pads, liners, menstrual cups or discs.
