OHA workforce survey participation topples goal with 75% completion rate!

Thank you to the 91 hospitals that completed the OHA Workforce Survey. Workforce and Talent Development is OHA's top strategic priority, and you significantly supported this strategy!

Now, the fun begins—data analysis! A preliminary report will be shared at the Leadership Forum. In late summer, OHA will culminate this data into meaningful reports for the participating hospitals. A summary of the data will be provided to all member hospitals and shared at Connect, OHA’s annual conference, in November.

The survey data will serve as a compass, guiding the initial strategies for the OHA Workforce Council and the Center of Nursing Excellence. It will provide us with valuable insights to enhance our programs and initiatives. In line with this, Patrice Greenawalt will attend the National Forum of State Nursing Workforce Centers early next week to learn from other successful Centers of Nursing Excellence programs. There will be opportunities to join the Workforce Council and the Center of Nursing Excellence Development Council soon.
