EMTALA Part 1

This is part 1 of a 3 part series. (Part 2 is on July 30 and Part 3 is on Aug. 13.) Medicare-certified hospitals must follow CMS regulations and interpretative guidelines for the Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act (EMTALA).
