The Healthcare Leaders Forum for OHA members will be June 23-25, 2024 at Shangri-La Resort on Grand Lake in northeast Oklahoma. Bring your leadership team and learn together while focusing on leadership skills and engagement. Sessions include:
• Natalie Johnson, a certified Dare to LeadTM facilitator will talk about what it takes to lead your team and improve performance.
• A panel of OHA members will discuss the collaborations they have created to help build a pipeline of future healthcare professionals.
• Dan Bowen, with Forefront Healthcare, an OHA Platinum Underwriter, will talk about strategies they employed to help them be awarded the #1 Best Place to Work by Modern Healthcare.
• We will have an OHA update and legislative recap. We will also offer the opportunity for participants to gather by their region to share ideas and solutions.
The schedule allows for plenty of time to network with other leaders and your team and play golf. Shangri La Resort is a beautiful family friendly location to spend a few summer days.
